Pendleton Heights boys varsity soccer visited Anderson Highland High School Thursday, September 4 and came away with a 1-1 tie. Pendleton scored at the 23:00 mark in the 1st half on a Jake Tuttle shot from a Kevin Mellinger assist.
Highland scored moments later on a direct kick as a result of a Pendleton foul. The 2nd half was a defensive battle resulting in no scores. Pendleton outshot Highland 10-4. PHHS keeper Gage Martin record 2 saves and Highland's keeper recorded 7 saves.
Pendleton is now 5-1-1 and travels to Noblesville for a September 6 tournament. Highland is 3-0-1.
