Evansville Memorial defeats Zionsville 3-2

Evansville Memorial and Zionsville Boys teams participated in the 2008 State Finals at Kuntz Stadium Saturday at 8pm. Evansville Memorial pulled through with a win 3-2.

This is the first time ever in Indiana History that the same high school has won in both Boys and Girls IHSAA soccer.

Evansville Memorial was ranked 1st and was the defending state champion.

Zionsville was ranked 5th and was in the state championship for the first time
