Plymouth dominates all-NLC team

ELKHART — The good times keep rolling for the Plymouth Rockies.
Undefeated Plymouth landed a school-record eight first-team Northern Lakes Conference all-conference football team selections.
Seniors Brandon Elliott (defensive back), Austin Hodges (running back), John Popi (running back) and Jeremy Renz (running back/linebacker), juniors Leneil Himes (tight end/defensive end) and Trent Keyser (linebacker), and sophomores Houston Hodges (defensive back) and Damon Howe (offensive line/defensive line) were named all NLC for the Rockies.
Plymouth skipper John Barron was also tapped as coach of the year.
Plymouth garnered three honorable mentions as well.
Conference runner-up Concord followed with six picks.
