Chris May has covered the IHSAA State Championships in nearly every sport. He has called play-by-play for over 20 State Championship events for radio and webcasts in six different sports and has written about numerous others. A previous host of coaches call-in shows as well as co-creator and co-host of a networked high school sports radio talk show, he also was the executive producer, creator, and host of a weekly television/internet show covering Indiana high school athletes.

Chuck Koeppen is in his 41st year of high school coaching with an unparalleled record 21 total State Championships. Under Koeppen, the Carmel boys' cross country teams have racked up 10 State Titles and nine State runner-up finishes, his girls cross country squads have won 10 State Titles and are seven-time State runners-up, and his Carmel boys track team won the 2000 Team State Championship. In addition, he has coached multiple individual State Champions and Mental Attitude Award winners.

Bill Vieth enters his 23rd season coming off the pinnacle thus far of his career. Memorial went 23-0-2, was ranked the #1 team in Indiana, spent time as the #1 team in the nation, and finished #2 in the National Soccer Coaches Associaton of America rankings as they won the 2007 IHSAA Boys Soccer State Championship.
